I am a professionally qualified in the study of Emotional Intelligence, giving me the ability to identify, use, understand, and manage emotions in an effective and positive way. This process has allowed me to defuse conflicts, improve relationships, empathize with others, and handle  difficult conversations. I have worked in the transport industry since 2015, and I am very passionate about forming relationships with clients and meeting their goals.

I graduated from American University with a bachelors in Business Administration specializing in Finance.  I previously worked as a Sales Associate at Westport Ghana in Takoradi, Nordstrom in McLean VA, American University in Washington DC and operated as a Transport Manager at courier service companies Postmates and DoorDash serving the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia)

In addition, I hold a Microsoft Certificate due to my proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows/IOS configuration. Currently I am working towards completing the Stanford SEED program in California, USA which develops leadership roles that emerging economies require in order to prosper and eliminate poverty.
